At our events, such as the ‘Segensstart’ blessing ceremonies, everyone is welcome, regardless of their faith or beliefs. Anyone who wishes to be blessed will be blessed.
We’ll also work with you to organise your blessing ceremony even if only one of you is Christian, and we treat people of other faiths with respect and sensitivity. If you’re a multi-religious couple or family and are interested in an interfaith blessing ceremony, we’d be happy to advise you.

Yes! We have colleagues in our team who speak several languages (English, French, Arabic…). We’ll work with you to find the right solution.

Yes! You’re free to choose where you’d like to celebrate your special day. Whether it’s outdoors, on a boat or in a traditional church – we’ll hold the service at your chosen venue. Perhaps we can even help you choose the venue? Please do remember to book your venue well in advance.

Yes! Church services can be held anywhere. We love the outdoors just as much as we love our beautiful churches. We’d be happy to advise you and work with you to organise a service at your favourite spot.

Yes! Church parishes are usually delighted when you decorate the church. It’s best to discuss your ideas with your contact person at the parish. We’d also be happy to get in touch on your behalf if you’d like us to.

We love music and can’t wait to hear the soundtrack to your life. Basically, any music that means something to you is an option. The vicars and musicians will be happy to advise you on your choice of songs.

The collection takes place as part of your blessing ceremony and is a fundraising initiative. In many churches, the collection is used to support the upkeep of the church. Often, the collection also supports a charitable project, which you can choose yourself. We’d be happy to advise you on which collection is right for you.

We’d be delighted if you brought your pet along to your blessing ceremony. It’s almost always possible to do so outdoors, and more and more churches are allowing pets inside on an exceptional basis. Just get in touch with us and we’ll check for you whether pets are welcome at your favourite venue.
